What’s Hot in Hair Fashion for Men
Do
you surf the internet, browse magazines, and watch out for all the
different new hair trends on the television? While most people would
think of this type of pastime as a female thing you may be surprised at
just how many men also like to keep up to date with the latest hair
fashions. From the quick home buzz cuts to the perfectly manicured
coiffure, men are just as interested in looking hot as are women.
With fashion you will find that the latest trend today can be gone
and moved on by tomorrow. What was hot in 2006 may not be even worth
trying by 2007, but if you wait long enough you may also find that it
will make a comeback in the years to come. This is how fickle fashion is
but as long as you keep up with your research you can stay on top of
things. And who knows, if you find something you like, even if not in
fashion, you may just find that you start your own fashion trend.
So what is the latest in male hair fashion? You will find that over
the last few years there hasn’t been as much change as let’s say in
women’s hair fashion but there have been some interesting developments.
Trends on Fashion
If
you want to keep up with the celebrities then you may want to think
about taking up the casual appearance of Johnny Depp. And while many
speculate whether or not his bed head look is intentional or just out of
laziness, you cannot disagree with the response that he gets from all
those around him. As for going long or going short there are many
different opinions out there. While Adrien Brody has taken all the
positive attention from his long hairstyle you can also see on the other
end that the once hot actor Ryan Philippe has gotten nothing but bad
press from his shorter hair style. Much of whether or not to go long or
short will have all to do with your body and facial features, and just
how well you can pull the look off. A great example of this would be
Joaquin Phoenix and his latest hair fashion. Although he went for older
fashioned look it seems to fit him well.
But as for what is hot in 2009 you will find that the same old
question of long versus short is still out there. But what you´ll find
this year is that there is a trend to stick towards the older hairstyles
of the 1940´s and 1950´s like what Bogart, Capone, may have worn and
even the Clark Kent look.
Tips and Treats
One of the main questions in regards to the masculine hair fashion is
whether or not men should change their styles every season. The answer
to this can only come from within, but with that said, if you don’t mind
the constant change then why not live a little. But as with anything,
before you try out a new hair fashion trend make sure that your facial
features will work well with it. Another important question that comes
up is whether or not your should act your age when it comes to male hair
styles. Now when it comes to age and hair you can pretty much cross over
many of the age gaps but there are a few styles out there that may not
look at good on your grandfather as it would on you. For example, can
you imagine your 70 year old gramps sporting the new faux hawk look? |
